Case Study: BPM and Infrastructure Change

Brian will share a case study from Allstate Insurance. Allstate is emerging from a 3-year project, which replaced the infrastructure applications for the claim operation of over 18,000 users. Key in the design has been the implementation of Business Process Management, which is integrated into the infrastructure platform. A distinctive of the case study is the degree to which the business rules have been externalized and can be modified rapidly to respond to changing market, process, or business needs.
