One of the key promises of SOA adoption is that of increased business agility. In order to truly deliver on this vision, enterprises must have a service process model that is well understood and configurable. This talk will describe how Business Process Management (BPM) enables and delivers on the promises of an agile service-oriented enterprise. BPM implementation and SOA governance in support of a process-centric alignment between business and technology will be a common theme.
