Bill Chambers is a principal analyst at Doculabs, Inc., a technology consulting firm that lowers the business risk of technology decisions through client specific recommendations, objective analysis, and in-depth research. Chambers has 20 years of experience providing analysis and consulting, with expertise in, business process management, content management, customer service, marketing automation and other emerging business technologies. Chambers works with Fortune 1000 clients to identify the most appropriate technology solutions for their applications. He also designs and conducts evaluations of relevant solutions through Doculabs' technology assessment evaluations.
Jo Hoppe joined Pegasystems in August of 2003, where she serves as CIO. In this capacity, Jo is responsible for designing and building a comprehensive portfolio of enterprise solutions that exploit the intrinsic business advantages of Pegasystems rules-based BPM technology.
Prior to joining Pegasystems, Jo was an Executive at CMGI, a $1.2B global Internet holding company where she held the dual role of EVP/CIO of CMGI, and CTO of uBID, CMGI's $750M online auction and eCommerce business. Jo also managed a host of other operational responsibilities in this position including asset management and warehousing, Corporate Travel, Amex Administration, and Group Purchasing.
